1. Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within:

• 24–48 hours (Business Days)
  Delivery timeline after dispatch:

• Delhi NCR: 1–3 days

• Metro Cities: 3–5 days

• Other Regions: 5–7 days

Please note: delays may occur due to festivals, courier backlog, weather issues.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges: ₹49 – ₹99 (based on weight/location)

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Tracking link

• Courier partner name

• Shipment ID

4. Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails due to:

• Wrong address

• Customer not reachable

• No response

The order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged Shipment

If your package is visibly damaged or tampered with, please:

• Take a video/photo

• Reject the delivery (if possible)

• Contact us within 24 hours
