Return and Refund

At Herbance, we aim to provide high-quality wellness products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product meets ALL of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and unopened

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is NOT listed under non-returnable items


2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened wellness products

  • Supplements, ingestible products

  • Personal care items

  • Products purchased during special sales

  • Free gifts or promotional items


3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaked product

  • The wrong item

Then you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear video of the unboxing

  • Photos of the damaged/wrong product

  • Order ID

After verification, we will issue:

  • Replacement
    or

  • Store credit

(Refunds are issued only if replacement is not available.)


4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible
